At Newland Floors and Doors, we strive for complete satisfaction with every renovation project. If your flooring or door selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure all flooring planks or door hardware are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier, or contact us to schedule a managed pickup for a flat-rate logistics fee.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
